What do you do when just the thought of working out makes you feel blah? I actually went threw this the other day! I made sure had I enough food in my body, I was in the right atmosphere-surrounded by my workout equipment, but I still felt exhausted. Then I decided to change the type of workout i planned to do and my body perked up immediately!!!! When something like this happens I am always blown away by how much our exhaustion can come from our subconscious vs our body. My motivation came in the form of something fun-Wii Just Dance! You can really sweat up a storm with that! To top it off I am happy afterwards. So the next time you find yourself in a situation like this do something fun!
