The Benefits Of Eating An Apple

Here are a several great reasons why you should eat an apple:

1. They are high in fiber.
2. They are low in calorie density, so we
    can eat a whole Apple as opposed to 1
    slice at a time.
3. They taste great and are easy to pair
    with most meals or as a snack.
4. They help clean your mouth and teeth
    from bacteria!
5. You can find them at any grocery store
    (Just make sure to buy the ones that
     have stickers beginning with a 9 not 4)

Those are some pretty awesome benefits to get from eating an apple!
