Short On Time

Today I was extremely short on time. I was not at the gym or home and needed a quick little pick me up endorphin rush. This was the very simple routine I did:

  • High knees-20 sec
     
Kick Butt-20 sec (yep that is the 
   actual name of the exercise)
  •jump rope-30 sec
  •jog in place-30 sec
  •15 slow squats @end hold 10 sec
  •15 slow hinges
  •15 shoulder presses-no weight
  •Plank 1 min
That simple 5 min workout gave me a
boost of energy and put a smile on my face!  I followed it up an hour later with a full body stretch. This helped me relax and in turn still be able to focus. Next time your exhausted try a quick 5 min pick me up!
