One of the great things about Massage is the the Massage Session doesn't just stop when you walk out the door. You now have increased circulation- aiding with digestion and delivering nutrients and oxygen to your cells.  Also, Massage helps to put your body in a relaxed state: therefore increasing the quality of your sleep.  When you sleep your body repairs itself.  As the stresses on your body are decreased, your Immune System is able to function properly, helping to keep you HEALTHY!!!
