GOALS

There are certain things that are extremely important when I begin training a new client. One of those things is setting goals. If you think about it-how will you ever know you achieved a goal if you never set one in the  1st place? Goals are important, they keep us motivated, moving forward, working harder and it feels absolutely WONDERFUL when we reach them!
