YOUR BODY WEIGHT ÷ 2.2 = HOW MANY OUNCES OF WATER YOU SHOULD DRINK PER DAY. THAT NUMBER DOES INCREASE IF YOU DRINK CAFFEINE AND/OR WORKOUT.
I'LL SHARE THE TRICK I USE TO GET IN MY WATER QUOTA EACH DAY. USE A WATER BOTTLE OR A GLASS THAT HAS A STRAW. YOU WILL GET TO YOUR DAILY WATER GOAL QUICKLY THIS WAY!!! I HOPE THAT HELPS!
