MARATHON MOVIE NIGHT If you've decided to make a nice dent in your couch over the weekend, try this: during the commercial try doing a set of squats, lunges, push ups and planks. It doesn't matter how many as long as you're getting in some sort of exercise. QUICK EXERCISE I know it's the weekend and you're probably tired but here's an idea for a quick exercise. Instead of letting the dog run around in the back yard for a few minutes, take them for a walk. It'll good for both of you!
