IMPROVE YOUR MOOD
Now that you have made it past the 1st two weeks of the year, who is still holding to their New Year's Resolution to get in shape? For those of you who are tired and sore-DON'T STOP! Those initial 14 days are usually the hardest. You will start to feel an increase in energy soon! From my experience it takes at least a month to start forming a habit. Make exercise a habit for you. Remember there was a reason you set the goal to get into better shape. Now you just have to put in the hard work. You will see a difference, it just takes time.
I write this post thinking of my client tonight. This person made the time to workout regardless of an extremely hectic schedule. My clients might show up tired or frustrated at times but, they know by the end of the workout they'll be SMILING because of the sense of accomplishment they feel. That and the endorphin rush working out gives you!
