It is not unusual to miss a meal during the day. Our sleep decreases, often times squeezing in time to shop late after work or staying up extremely late wrapping presents. Lastly exercise becomes on the wishlist for NEXT YEAR!!!
Basically our health is put on the back burner for the whole month of December! Most people ask me--what I do to fix this? I ask--are you willing to fix this? YES----GREAT!!!
1st, plan out your week ahead of time. That includes meals, exercise and even a bedtime if need be. You will be amazed at how much time you'll save!
2nd and most important STICK TO THE PLAN!!! One thing I always tell my clients:
