I ask all these things because we all have great intentions at the beginning of the year, unfortunately by the second week of January most people have already given up: going to the gym and eating healthy. So...... I am creating a 30 DAY CHALLENGE and it begins TODAY! I want everyone to succeed during this challenge so I'll be giving you you tips along the way. This is a how we can keep your momentum going and meet your goals!!! TODAY we will begin easy - Drink 8 GLASSES OF WATER.
