So an extremely easy way, that is great for your over health as well-is go for a walk outside! This can help motivate you to get the dog, if you have one, some exercise as well :)

BEING HEALTHY IS MORE THAN JUST WORKING OUT. YOU HAVE TO INCORPORATE HEALTHY EATING, ENOUGH SLEEP AND DRINKING THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF WATER PER DAY. A MAJORITY OF THE PEOPLE I MEET DO NOT DRINK ENOUGH WATER. HERE IS AN EASY FORMULA TO FIND OUT HOW MUCH YOU NEED EACH DAY:
YOUR BODY WEIGHT ÷ 2.2 = HOW MANY OUNCES OF WATER YOU SHOULD DRINK PER DAY. THAT NUMBER DOES INCREASE IF YOU DRINK CAFFEINE AND/OR WORKOUT.
I'LL SHARE THE TRICK I USE TO GET IN MY WATER QUOTA EACH DAY. USE A WATER BOTTLE OR A GLASS THAT HAS A STRAW. YOU WILL GET TO YOUR DAILY WATER GOAL QUICKLY THIS WAY!!! I HOPE THAT HELPS!
